As modern NorseMN, we have an obligation to carry on the traditions of our ancestors through the teaching of our children. We believe that raising children is a community responsibility, and requires the focus and attention of all the adults to help raise all the children. Positive values are reinforced when the children see consistency throughout the community. Communication, discipline, and engagement with the children is key. Our children are an integral part of our events, including helping as staff members, instructing gameplay, storytelling, craftwork, and participation in Blotar and Sumbel, our ritual practices. As you can see below, the children love being a part of the glory that is our NorseMN group.
