Music Terms of Sale and License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading any musical work (the “Song”) from this website for $1.00, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

Ownership and Copyright:
The Song remains the sole intellectual property of ThatOneGuyTad-NorseMN/Marc Boyett (the “Artist”). This purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, or publishing rights of the music, lyrics, or sound recording to you.
Granted Rights (Personal Use Only):
The Artist grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to download and play the Song for personal, non-commercial use only. This includes listening to the Song on your personal devices, adding it to personal playlists, and playing it in private settings.
Prohibited Uses:
You are strictly prohibited from using the Song for any commercial purposes without obtaining a separate commercial license from the Artist. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Selling, redistributing, leasing, or sharing the digital file with others.
Using the Song as background music in monetized videos (e.g., YouTube, TikTok), podcasts, films, video games, or advertisements.
Remixing, altering, sampling, or creating derivative works from the Song.
Registering the Song under your name with any performing rights organization or digital distribution service.

Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales of downloadable music are final and non-refundable.
